Dr Ezran is a medical doctor by profession for more than 15 years having experienced working in both the government and private health settings. He had experience working in the emergency setting over the past 9 years. Despite being a doctor, he was also involved in activities such as seminars and training programs for the medical personnel and general communities in regards to health and performance development. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from International Medical University and his Master in Business Administration (Hospital Management) from MAHSA University.

Dr Ezran is a Certified Corporate Trainer, having been certified by Wawasan Open University. He is also a Certified Law of Attraction Trainer which was certified by European International University. Dr Ezran has more than 10 years of experience in the field of training and consultancy. He has a huge passion in sharing his knowledge and ideas and has worked and provide trainings for various level of medical personnel and many other organizations on health-related program while working in Government settings previously. Over the last 7 years, he has successfully facilitated and conducted training sessions relating to personal and performance development while integrating the concept of Law of Attraction as the main theme to create an exponential and sustainable growthfor various level of staffs at KKM, Polis Diraja Malaysia, AMWAY (Malaysia), Mawar Medical Centre, KasihGold, Nuetraa, Petronas amongst others.
